My card has been declined - why?

1.Maybe you have incorrectly entered a digit of your credit card number, expiration date or security code

I placed an order but didn't receive an order confirmation. Did you get my order?

All orders placed will receive an order confirmation by email. Please ensure you input your correct email address when placing your order on the checkout page.


You need to log into your account and view your order history option in the navigation menu. You will then see a full list all orders we have received from you complete with order numbers, date of order placed and price. If you do not see your order here please contact us via email stating your name, address and postcode: pjluxecustomercare@gmail.com


Order confirmations will state the following:

  • Date order placed

  • Product details and quantity

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Payment method

  • Shipping method

  • View order button

Where can I see my order history?

Click on the down arrow next to your account photo in the top right corner, then click on "My Orders"

How to find Your Order Number

Your order number will be shown on the confirmation email sent to you, please check your junk.

Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

Yes you may up until 12.00pm the following day after the order has been placed

How can I check my order status and track my order?

We do not offer tracking.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

Due to health and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns for any of our products. Therefore, none of our products are refundable. However, if your delivery arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods. We will promptly access the matter and, if deemed necessary facilitate a replacement or refund. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Please send photos, name and order confirmation number to the following email: pjluxecustomercare@gmail.com.

If you change your mind you can change your order up until 12.00pm the following day after the order has been placed.

Where is my order?

You have substituted an item

We would like to remind you on our website it is noted that certain items in our garden boxes and gift hampers may vary. Should we need to substitute an item, we would upgrade the value of your item to ensure your gift will has the same impact
